Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms apply to every order you place with Lotgo Limited through lotgo.co.uk. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

Lotgo Limited is a company registered in England and Wales. Our address is The Warehouse, Unit 2, Lookwood Street, Hull, HU2 0HE, United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact@lotgo.co.uk.

2. What we sell

We sell customer returns, open box and surplus stock from well known brands. Unless a listing says otherwise, items are not new and sealed. Every item is checked by a person, tested where it can be, graded from A to D and photographed as it is. The grade, the photos and the description together tell you the condition of the item. Our grade guide explains what each grade means. Where an item is missing an accessory, manual or original packaging, the listing says so.

3. Placing an order

Most of our items are one of a kind, so each listing is for one specific unit and the photos show that unit. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If an item has been sold or is no longer available when your order comes in, we will tell you and refund any payment straight away.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we find a genuine pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery options, costs and timings are set out in our delivery policy. The item becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us, or collected.

6. Returns, faults and refunds

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason, under our returns policy. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the return and refund or replace it. Wear that matches the stated grade and is shown in the photos or described in the listing is not a fault. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which these terms do not limit.

7. Warranty

Items are sold as graded, with the condition described in the listing. Unless a listing says an item comes with a manufacturer warranty, no manufacturer warranty is included. Your statutory rights that items must be as described, of satisfactory quality for their described condition and fit for purpose still apply.

8. Product information and photos

We take care to describe and photograph each item accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. If you need to check something before you order, email us and we will look at the item for you.

9. Our liability

If we break these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Your account and our website

You are responsible for keeping any account details secure. You may not use our website for anything unlawful, or copy our photos, descriptions or branding without permission.

11. Privacy

We use your personal data as set out in our privacy policy.

12. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on our website when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute can be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.

13. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email us at contact@lotgo.co.uk and we will do our best to sort it out quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you can also use the EU or UK online dispute resolution services where available.
