Delivery

We post from our warehouse in Hull and deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery options and cost

  • Free tracked delivery on small and medium items, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch.
  • Courier delivery for large or heavy items, sent by a tracked 48 hour courier service. The cost is shown on the product page and at checkout.
  • Collection from our Hull warehouse is available on selected items by arrangement. Choose collection at checkout and we will email you to agree a time.

The delivery option that applies to each item is shown on the product page before you buy.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day. You receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

Tracking

Every parcel is sent on a tracked service. Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow it. If a parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and any safe place first, then contact us within 7 days so we can raise it with the carrier.

Delays and missing parcels

Carrier delays occasionally happen. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us at contact@lotgo.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it and, if it is lost, send a replacement where we have one or refund you in full.

Damaged on arrival

Every item is checked and photographed before it leaves us. If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging, take a few photos and contact us within 30 days. We cover the return and refund or replace the item. See our returns policy for details.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Some large items may not be available for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly; where that applies it is shown on the product page or at checkout.
